How to get your bonus

Terms and Conditions:

1. Each customer is entitled to only 1 bonus. The minimum deposit required to receive the bonus is 20 MAD.
2. The bonus will be credited to the customer’s account automatically once they have made their first deposit, provided that they have filled in all their account details and activated their phone number.
3. Only registered customers may take part. The following fields must be filled in: full name, mobile phone number (must be activated), email address, country of residence.
4. To receive this bonus, you need to opt in to participating in sports betting bonus offers.
5. Switch to your bonus account and wager the bonus amount 8 times in accumulator bets. Each accumulator bet must include 3 or more selections, at least 3 of which must be at odds of 2.10 or higher. The start dates of all events within the accumulator must be within the validity period of this offer. 
6. The bonus is deemed to have been wagered only after all the bets for the specified amount have been settled.
7. No withdrawals can be made before all the requirements of the offer have been fulfilled (apart from the conditions outlined in the Appendix*.)
8. The bonus must be wagered in full before customers can withdraw all the funds from their account, otherwise any bonuses or winnings gained using these funds will be forfeited.
9. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or special offers.
10. MelBet has the right to amend the terms of the offer, cancel or renew the offer, or refuse participation in the offer at any time without prior notice.
11. MelBet may limit or withdraw the right of any customer to take part in this or any other offer.
12. MelBet reserves the right to review customers’ transaction records and logs for any reason. If, upon such review, it appears that a customer is participating in strategies that MelBet at its sole discretion deems to be abusive, MelBet reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and revoke the customer’s entitlement to participate in the bonus program.
13. Only one bonus is allowed per customer, family, address, shared computer, shared IP address, and any identical account details including e-mail address, bank account details, credit card information and payment system account. Any misuse of this bonus offer will lead to an account being closed.
14. The customer must provide ID documents, when necessary, to validate their identity (KYC). Failure to produce these documents if requested will result in the bonus and any winnings being forfeited. MelBet reserves the right to request, at any time, that the customer provides photographic evidence of themselves holding their ID (the customer’s face must be clearly visible in the photo) or undergoes identification via telephone.
15. If MelBet believes itself to be the victim of fraud or money laundering, the company has the right to close the customer’s account and freeze the remaining balance.
16. The redeemed bonus is credited to a customer’s account as the remaining bonus funds and cannot exceed the initial bonus amount. If the remaining bonus account balance is less than that the minimum stake amount after the bonus has been redeemed, the bonus will be deemed to have been lost.

*Appendix:

1. Customers can withdraw any amount from 0 to the total value of deposits made before they fulfill the conditions of the offer if their remaining account balance is at least twice the bonus amount (withdrawal of the bonus amount and winnings is not permitted).
2. Withdrawals cannot be made if the remaining account balance is less than the bonus amount and if there are any unsettled bets.
3. The bonus must be used within 30 days of registration. After 30 days the bonus and all winnings made on the bonus will be revoked.
4. Customers may reject the bonus before they fulfil the requirements of the offer in full if their remaining account balance is higher than the bonus amount. Customers may withdraw the remainder of all their deposits. In this case, all winnings and the bonus amount will be forfeited.
